TAN Advisory recognises that having an independent and trusted advisor does add significant value to your business. Its principal, David Lockwood, has substantial experience within Chartered Accounting and banking entities in Australia and UK, having completed large and complex sales/mergers/reconstructions, for both large and small businesses, as well as working in hands on management roles within the SME sector.
David has sold many businesses of all sizes; David has been lead manager in large corporate reconstructions ($100m +), coordinated mergers between public companies ($500m +), divested owners out of complex joint ventures and management agreements, sat on advisory boards, raised seed and early stage capital, managed and unwound complex financial structures through superior negotiations skills and provided work out guidance to owners and financial institutions.
David today primarily runs a successful business coaching program to assist owners work smarter and run a better business. Underlying his approach is that every business should be ready for sale.
